Standard Conditions for Purchase of Downloadable Software on a 7-Day Trial

The following conditions apply to the purchase of downloadable software with a 7-day trial period, specific access limitations, and automatic billing for a one-year license:

Trial Period

• Duration: Customers will receive a 7-day trial period to evaluate the software.
• Access Limitations: During the trial period, users can process:
  • Maximum File Size: Presentations up to 150MB.
  • Number of Presentations: A total of 10 presentations can be processed.

Automatic Billing

• Billing Start: After the trial period ends, customers will be automatically billed for a one-year license.
• Payment: The payment will be processed using the payment method provided at the time of registration.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation During Trial: Users may cancel their subscription at any time during the trial period. If cancelled before the end of the trial, no charges will be incurred.
• Cancellation After Trial: If users cancel after the trial period, they will retain access to the software until the end of the one-year license period. No further charges will be applied, and the license will not be automatically renewed at the end of this period.

Refund Policy

• No Refunds: All purchases made after the trial period are subject to a strict no-refund policy.
